"Nice, quiet clean place. Unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable as was the couch so never really able to be comfortable. Houskeeping left a little to be desired. Only sheets were changed and new towels. No vacumming or dusting was done. For the price paid.......not bad." - Anonymous

"The apartment are spacious and clean and close to various restaurants and cafes. If on the third floor and lots of luggage there is no lifts and it willtake a few trips to the car. If on the lower floor you hear everything through the ceiling, people walking closing doors - going to the bathroom!!! That was the worst i can say about these apartments." - Anonymous


"We had a wonderful stay at Sandcastles. The Receptionist was very helpful. The apartment was lovely and the pool, spa and bbq area were exceptional. We were in a fantastic spot, close to everything we needed. The only drawback was the noise coming from the stairwell. The echo was loud and door banging was constant and very loud. The partygoers were very noisy and tended to keep us awake. " - helen howell

Getting there: Airport Shuttle available from Gold Coast Airport. Shuttle and Airtrain Service available from Brisbane Airport. Book when booking accommodation. Driving on the Pacific Highway, take EXIT 62 stay on this road, Brisbane Rd right to the Broadwater and Sandcastles is on your right, car park entry off Parker Street. Driving from Gold Coast Airport follow the main coast highway to 6 kms north of Surfers.
Check-in Procedure: Office Hours Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 2.00pm. Late check in available with prior notification. Pick up phone at Reception door and wait for further instructions.
Car parking: Security underground parking. 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments have 1 car space, 2spa and 3 Bedroom Deluxe Apartments have 2 car spaces.
Street Parking available for extra vehicles. Check with the Office for trailers etc.
Child Policy: Age of infant is up to 18 months.
