SandPiper Holiday Units/Apartments are situated in the town centre of Merimbula.All units are NORTH facing with private balconies, Opening windows, queen beds and linen supplied. A easy 2 Minute walk to the Bowling club, shops, cinema and Post Office. 10 minute walk to the water. All our units are non-smoking, however smoking is permitted on balconies where ash trays are provided. We have four 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully self contained units. These units have just been FULLY REJUVINATED, new bathrooms, new electric stoves, floor tiles, carpet and painted thruout. 68cm remote controlled Color Televisions, DVD/CD Players, M/waves, Washing machines. Solar Heated Salt water Pool(this is only 1 meter deep,and 5 meters long "THE PUDDLE" a safe spot for little ones, or a nice area to sit and enjoy a cooling down with friends and a drink.) and BBQ area. These units whilst in the middle of Town are set at the rear of the block and are Clean, Quiet and Comfortable

Getting there:
Number 6, Sapphire Coast Drive. Right opposite the Police Station, and just up from the Tennis courts. Sapphire Coast drive is the main road to Tura Beach and Tathra, and runs of Merimbula Drive on the north side of Town centre.
Check-in Procedure:
As most units are ready before 2pm, please call around when you arrive in town. If coming by bus or flying we can pick you up and drop you off, at either the airport or bus stop.
Car parking:
Off Street parking, 1 car park per unit
Child Policy:
Units have 1 queen and 2 Single Beds. As we are a family set of units, Guests booking must be minium one adult over 23 years of age. Linen is provided. When selecting bedding on booking sheet, if ticking TWIN then please let us know in the comments box if you require 2 singles in one room or a single and a queen.
Please advise if booking is for 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons. ***PLEASE NOTE*** Babies are persons and included in head count.
