Getting there:
Sandy Point is located approximately 25-30 minutes from Coolangatta Airport and 45 minutes - 1 hour from Brisbane Airport. Transport to the resort includes taxi's, limousine, coach, bus or hire car. These can be organise by the guest prior to arrival or at the airport.
Check-in Procedure:
A credit card imprint or $100 cash deposit is required upon check in.
Reception hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Sunday (excl. Saturday) and 8:00am - 6:00pm on Saturdays. Confirmation letters/emails are to be presented upon checkin. Late arrivals are to buzz the Resort Managers apartment at the entrance to check in.
Car parking:
Complimentary undercover parking is available to guests of the resort. Car spaces are limited to one per apartment
Child Policy:
Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Cots and highchairs are available upon request for a minimal charge. Please contact the resort direct to arrange hire.
