If the perfect setting is your biggest priority then this is it. Each villa has beautiful views across the bay from the living rooms. Each villa has a deck upstairs with barbecue facilities, and a balcony downstairs. It is set right on a quiet, safe swimming beach with beautiful rocky inlets to explore as well.

Getting there:
Turn-off is about three to five minutes north of the Canberra turn-off as you head north from Batemans Bay. Turn off the highway into Cullendulla Drive (sign says Long Beach and Maloney's Beach). You will go from a 100km/h zone to a 80km/h zone to a 60 km/hour zone. This turns into Longbeach Road. Follow this all the way down to the beachfront. Do not take any turns off the road you are travelling on until you get to the beachfront. The sea will be in front of you; now turn RIGHT into Sandy Place. Just before you get to a small playground on the right you will find 54 Sandy Place, Long Beach (on the left). It is a long drive, which takes you behind the street-front houses to Sandy Shores. There is a gate with a coded lock. Please contact us for the current code for access.
Check-in Procedure:
Check in 2pm to 5pm. Finalise arrival arrangements and make bond payment ($300) before check in by calling direct. Note: Bring your own linen, dishwashing supplies, toilet paper. Doonas and pillows with covers are supplied.
Car parking:
There are 2 car spaces in a double lock-up garage per villa. There is room on the beach side of the villas to park a boat. Small boats can be launched at the eastern end of the beach off the beach or you can take your boat into Batemans Bay (less than ten minutes away) to be launched off a boat ramp
