Sansi Diputacio Hotel Barcelona

We had a problem with the shower spraying water into the bedroom. This was fixed in minutes. The towels left a lot to be desired, once we got them. The edges were frayed and there were holes in some of them. Not keen on being put in a room that looked out onto the roof of reception that was full of cigarette butts. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful but were thin on the ground. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main areas, approx 5 mins to Ramblas & about 10 mins to Gaudi buildings. I went with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary and would go back again.

Very good hotel to stay in Barcelona! The location is very good, the rooms are very clean but if you smoke you have a problem. The staff very kind and the breakfast delicius! Thanks to all staff there for their help! This hotel is my first choice if i come again.

I felt that a special room had been made availble for the low rate I had paid. The room did not even have a room number on it. The room was also next to the breakfast room and did not appear to have good soundproofing. The towels had holes and were greying and the bathroom had mold starting. The breakfast room was very small and you had to queue. Just as well I was just there for a night.

Very service friendly staff who spoke English fluently.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel clean and close to La Ramblas. I would definitely stay again. Enjoyed our time their.

The hotel was very nice and in a good location. The only downside was the glass doors into the bathroom - luckily someone had read a review before we travelled and took sellotape and bin bags to cover the doors.

Breakfast disappointing, and rooms are very small

The room we had was spacious, modern furnished and very clean. The bed and matress in very good condition. So we had a good night rest. Staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel is at a few minutes walking distance to the airport-busconnection and the shopping district. A hotel to be recommended

Very central location, close to Placa Catalunya and the shopping area of Passeig de Gracia. Genarally good facilities although would rate 3, rather than 4 star. Also, hotel was totally non-smoking which was not made clear at tiime of booking.

Good location, and very nice hotel. If you travel with someone, notice that the doors to the toilet/bathroom are just glass doors(see through). Not good for privacy. Other than that, nice neighborhood and a short distance to everything.

This small hotel featured very contemporary styling. We stayed 5 nights and found the room comfortable and the double paned glass in the windows really help in a very noisy city. The location was great for proximity to Passeig de Gracia, Plaza Catalunya, the University, and Metro stations.
