Sant Angelo Hotel Rome

Good central location,clean rooms,not too big!. Staff extremely helpful. Good value. Thoroughly recommend if you are doing tourist sights and not spending too long in the room.

We had a pleasant stay at the Sant Angelo Hotel. The hotel is within a walking distance from the major tourist attractions in Rome. We were at the Vatican, Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and more and there was no need for bus, taxi or metro. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The clerks are very helpful and friendly. The hotel location is very convenient. The room is very clean but a little bit small.

After a long flight from Australia, this small hotel was like a little oasis in the heart of Rome. Within walking distance of most areas, trattorias and cafes abound. Very Nice and I will return if the opportunity presents itself.

We picked out your hotel from lots of hotels in Roma. We liked what we saw (the pictures) and we liked the hotel is so close to the city center. We also liked the price.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly which will ensure we remember this hotel as a great place to stay in Rome. Location is also excellent being between Rome centre and the Vatican area.

I think this hotel is a really good deal. Near Vatican city and everywhere. And I have to say that reception is really great. They are so kind and helped me a lot. If I have a chance, I'll stay there again.

Proved to be an excellent basic hotel with friendly staff. Easy access to Vatican and tourist attractions in the centre of Rome. About 40 minutes by bus from Termini Central Station. Clean towels provided daily. Rooms clean. Nice coffee with breakfast. Internet access available.

Excellent choice - would stay there again

Sant Angelo Hotel is situated near all historical stuff in Rome/Vatican City. Receptionists are very professional and they are really very helpful.But there is no service to order some food or drinks to hotel room and king size bed had two pieces of mattress, so it was not so comfortable to sleep there (a gap between us) with my fiance.

My wife and I stayed there in October 2004. It is very clean and the staff are friendly. The shower room is on the small side, but the breakfasts are excellent, a good start to an energetic day. The situation is ideal for all major tourist spots, and on major bus routes, which at 1 euro to anywhere in the city is a bargain. The hotel will get you Papal audience tickets if you ask in advance. There are some excellent trattorias nearby, literally around the corner, where the food is excellent and superb value, unlike some in Rome.
