"This was my first time in Sevilla and it was not disappointing at all. Really good location right in the centre near the Cathedral for this nice hotel. The room was spacious with a sitting area, nice furniture and a beautiful clean bathroom. The hotel is in the pedestrian area near the Calle Mateos Gago (street with lot of bars) where there is a lot of passage, so it is a bit noisy at night. Park your car in the underground parking and go by foot with a map." - Laetitia Losfeld
"One would need a gps to find the apartments when returning in the evening. The apartments are characterful, clean and very comfortable. The area is beautiful and central to all of the City sights!! Just be sure to check that your keys work on entry doors before leaving to go out for the night as there is nobody there to help you if it is late. We actually got locked out on our first night. Someone had double bolted/locked an entry door. Otherwise we loved the apartments." - Anonymous
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Santa Cruz Suites Apts during the Semana Santa 2009.
Very clean and nicely furnished apt. The location was really excellent.
The people who cleaned the streets during the early hours of the day could be not that loud but anyway they were probably very excited because of the semana santa.
It would be very nice to have a small fridge and a kettle/ coffee and tea facilities in the living room area of the apts.

"Great location but the apartment was a bit worn. When we arrived, we were taken up to the apartment and not explained anything. We tried to do laundry and our wash cycle took 2 hours (the European washer is different the N.A.) Also, it got very cold at night and we were not shown where to turn on the heat. We slept in our clothes and froze. The problem is there is no front desk and no one to call. If the restaurant downstairs is not opened then you lose out. It is also a very dark dark apartment - a little depressing. The best thing was the roof top patio and location. " - Mardi Mortfield
