Sanur Paradise Plaza Hotel Bali

This hotel provides excellent facilities such as free WiFi and is very well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. The pool is great and the gym is fantastic. The only slight negatives are possibly the position (bit far from the restaurants and shops of Sanur itself, if this interests you); not enough deck chairs around the pool (probably a common problem everywhere!); and of course the high charges for alcohol in the hotel bar and restaurant.

The small white tables around the pool need some freshen up. Otherwise excellent hotel with friendly efficient service.

Staff was very nice and helpfull. They have nice pool area to relax and worship the sun. I liked the location of the place. More peaceful then Kuta but still you have restaurants etc in walking distance. When you want to have a night out just hop in to taxi and drive to Kuta. Costs you like 5€. Only problem was that the food they served in the hotel was cold. Even returning the food didn't make a difference.

Considering there's no breakfast included in the room rate of $70US/night and a very run down place for the standard of some rooms this place is bad to average at best !

With the exception of one staff member, we found the staff members friendly, efficient and polite. Food excellent. Rooms looking slightly tired, bathrooms needing renewed but on the whole, a delightful hotel with exceptionally well designed layout.

Our stay at this hotel was appropiate for us during our visit to Bali.(seeing the island, not spending time on the beach) If one wants water sports and beach its not for you. Other then that, we found that the Sanur Paradise Plaza was fine. Staff was helpful and facilities were what we needed. After visiting Kuta Beach we were glad we had picked Sanur, it is very quite and relaxed. We would stay again and plan to.

ok, stayed in teh standard room, it was specious service was good enough, but never call for the braodband internet connection in the room, its pathetic, i paid about 12usd, for 24 hours connection and got only 2 hours of net connected successfully, no refund possible. need a connecttivity, get urself a card and be in lobby till u want the good connectivity. food is ok, but taking s/s tour form travel counter is expensive, rent a car and a guide, that will be better.

Having stayed at Sanur Paradise Plaza, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday in Bali. Good room and service. Gym is well equipped. Breakfast has such a variety of food and fruit. Pricing is very good indeed. The only criticism is that their broadband internet connection is costly yet not stable.
