Reception staff did not speak any language except portuguese (and maybe spanish), and was not able to help in wireless connection problems, or provide a convertor to use some electrical equipment. They looked good but not very bright. Best man in the house was the friendly and experienced doorman, who really tried to help out. "this hotel is so good and all personnel is friendly with all guests but the location of hoteh is suitable for business travels because all the streets around the hotel is crowded and there are too much center and offices of business. " - amir hashemi
"The hotel is in some serious need of refurbishment. It has no a/c and there was road works drilling noise all thought the night. The room was jaded, the bathroom was dirty, the sockets were coming out, the wardrobe had a musty smell. The window would not close so loads of mosquitos in the night. "The hotel is one that was probably fantastic 10 or 20 years ago. Unfortunately the room decor is now a little tired. However it is in an ideal location for a short stop over and the staff are friendly and helpful." - Angela Traynor
