Very nice and clean hotel. In just a 20 min walk you are in the city centre (Cathedral), but you can take a bus too. Receptionists are very kind: they changed our room when we asked for a double bed instead of two single. Swimming pool is good, altohugh the bar there is everything but nice: expensive and warm beer. Parking is somehow expensive too (16,5€/day). Apart from this, I definetly would recommend this hotel for a brief vacation in Granada

The hotel was properly reflecting the photos on the net. Newly built, nice and fancy decoration, exclusive rooms. However we received a room that was near the entrace on the ground floor therefore could not sleep during night. Also the location is not as close to the centre as one would expect, but still a good 20-30 min walk you can get anywhere. Eventhough hey had the newest built in technology with LCD tv and all the services you can imagine: music, net, video etc, everything is charged at a decent price.
staff were friendly, check in was simple and the hotel facilities were great: pool area was perfect after a day in the sunshine. room was clean, comfortable and quiet. it's a bit of walk into the city centre but there's loads of regular buses from the congress centre (about a 5 minute walk from the hotel). taxi to the Alhambra was easily arranged and not expensive.
We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Saray. The hotel is well situated close to the Palace of Congress and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The rooms were both clean, contemporary and comfortable but, although we had requested a non smoking room, our room smelt of stale smoke. Breakfast was very good indeed but did cost extra but we made the most of it! There is parking at the hotel but unfortunately it isn't included in the cost. Air conditioning wasn't working during our stay and so the room was rather warm! We would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Pool outdoors and not available until mid June. No gym. Would drive children wild with nothing to do.
Very clean modern hotel at a reasonable price. Breakfast OK Dinner not that good best to stay and eat elswhere several good restaurants close by. Short walk to the shopping only drawback but only 10 minutes. Lots of facilities in room pity the Spanish dont show more English TV. Very helpful staff. good parking underground. Nice pool. 10 mins from motorway to Sierra Nevada etc. Room looked new. Big TV pay as you go
Second time we have stayed at the Saray. Convenient for the city, excellent service throughout recent stay. Only quibble could have been a bit better organised on one of the days at breakfast (think short-staffed) but apart from that a very very pleasant stay and have recommended to friends.

Although we booked over the internet for a double room when we checked in we were only offered a twin room. Were told we could move next day but still no double. Everything else about the hotel was excellent although the female who checked us out at reception was not friendly at all
The nicest hotel I stayed in Spain
Elegant hotel. Poor knowledge of English at the reception and with the other employees. The reception might have provided tickets and information for visiting the Alhambra.
