"staff were friendly, check in was simple and the hotel facilities were great: pool area was perfect after a day in the sunshine. room was clean, comfortable and quiet. it's a bit of walk into the city centre but there's loads of regular buses from the congress centre (about a 5 minute walk from the hotel). taxi to the Alhambra was easily arranged and not expensive." - Sally Roberts
"We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Saray.
The hotel is well situated close to the Palace of Congress and within easy walking distance of the city centre.
The rooms were both clean, contemporary and comfortable but, although we had requested a non smoking room, our room smelt of stale smoke.
Breakfast was very good indeed but did cost extra but we made the most of it! There is parking at the hotel but unfortunately it isn't included in the cost. Air conditioning wasn't working during our stay and so the room was rather warm!
