Sathorn Grace Serviced Residence

The hotel room and the staff are excellent and very accomodating, The amenities I found to be somewhat lacking. I do business in the Silom area and I found the location alright but not excellent. The room itself and the staff one would expect to find in a more expensive hotel. Over all the hotel is a excellent value.

The facilities at this residence were absolutely to our satisfaction given that this is a serviced residence and not an actual hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and were always on hand to answer any queries we had. The internet price seemed a little exorbitant but I understand many hotels charge at this level. As the BTS was only a 5 min walk away we were able to access most areas of inner Bangkok with ease.

Best deal in bkk so far (have been going there for 10years). 10-15min walk from surasan bts, nice and clean, just perfect.

Generally it's good for budget serviced apartment but maybe they needs to give bath rode to the all the rooms as the air-con in the room is huge and cold too. The staff are very friendly and courteous too! Will be highly recommended for young couple will be good.

Excellent value. Stopped over for 3 nights Sep 10. Big modern rooms. 25m pool, sauna, gym. Free tuktuk to BTS and 15 min walk back. Definitely recommend for consideration. C&J Wollongong

Apart from its location i found this serviced apartment neat, clean and comfortable stay. Another thing that I would like to note is the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the hallway keeps waking you up.

Stayed in the hotel with my family, it is a great choice. Room design is modern, clean and new. All the facilities are very good and working well. Swimming pool and fitness centre are also quite well maintained. I would say a very good choice for its price. Location wise, it is 15 min walk to nearest BTS (Surasak), hotel provides shuttle to BTS with Tuk Tuk. The only negative point maybe is the hotel location at Sathorn Road which is one of the traffic jam area in Bangkok, so go back to hotel with Taxi would be very stressful. Apart from that this is a perfect choice and definitely will come back again.

New, clean and comfortable in 1br suite executive 60 sqm.

Due to the timing of our trip we were given a generous discount which made it excellent value. The staff were extremely helpful at all times. The hotel is only a 10 min walk from the skyline station but the staff always offered to drop us there, or anywhere else nearby. The rooftop pool is stunning, day or night.

A beautiful new hotel/serviced apartments but in a poor location and with indifferent desk staff. Overpriced when you look at what else is available in a better location.

Excellent in-room facilities, it felt like home. Good that it is within 10 mins walking distance to Surasak BTS station, which is a choice transport comparing to Bangkok's heavy traffic. But it could be a tedious long walk if you carry heavy stuff and that is the only complain I have. Everything else is great. Service staff are friendly and very helpful, really appreciate the kind initiatives to come forth to help carry items from the cab/entrance of the hotel. A definite excellent choice to make your stay in Bangkok, no matter long or short.

Great Pool, simple but huge room. However you have to call the housekeeping if you need a towel at the pool and it takes forever. Staffs do not have any sense of urgency.

Very good place to stay, clan well maintained bit far from public transport but taxis are cheap......

The serviced residence is very close to the skytrain making getting around BKK very easy. The front desk staff speak excellent English and were very helpful in directing me to different sites of the city.
