Overall service is acceptable as expected. Big/clean room, friendly/helpful staff, easy check-in/out. The hotel locates in an excellent location, quiet n good for taking rest at night. Swining pool is lovely. Anyways, the breakfast should be improved.

We really liked the Sativa. The staff were friendly and the hotel has a very european clientelle, we met lots of nice Dutch people.The breakfasts were a real high point as our 3 children loved the banana pancakes. The hotel, though still good had seen better days, with a general tired appearance. The pool looked as if it could be better maintained, for 2 days it was green. The location is great as it is in a quiet part of Sanur, but with nice restaurants close by, and 5mins walk to the beach.
