Getting there:By Bus (from the airport): - Take bus number 119, to Dejvicka metro station, which is also an underground station. - From Dejvicka metro station go to Staromestska station (Old Town square station) on the green line, line A. - After getting off the train use the escalators to get in station-lobby and follow signs which will lead you to Kaprova street toward the Old Town Square. By Car Take the Evropska Street and follow the signs Centrum and then Mala Strana all the way to the riverbank of Vltava. Then get over the Manesuv bridge toward Stare Mesto and at the first traffic light turn right, follow the riverbank all the way to the National theater and then take left at the light to Narodni trida, at the end of the to Narodni trida turn left to Perlova, left to Uhelny trh, straight to Skorepka and right to Jilska.

Great location, old world charm, clean, quiet, friendly helpful staff, and just about the most impressive breakfast of our whole trip. Custom omelets? It was like a Sunday brunch at a fancy hotel. They even had an ice machine.
We stayed in November 2010. The location was perfect near to the main square and a few minutes walk to the Charles Bridge. Staff were excellent and the reception staff had maps and information for us on arrival. The room had beams and in the roof with a lovely bathroom giving a feel of luxury. The breakfast was superb with buffet but also eggs etc freshly cooked. I would love to visit there again.

Savic Hotel Prague is the perfect place to stay in Prague. We were delighted with the size of our rooms (more like a suite), with lounges, huge immaculate marble bathroom and perfectly luxurious bed. The location is in the heart of Old Town and we walked everywhere. At our doorstep was the beautiful pedestrian squares with the Astronomical Clock, shops, restaurants and everything we needed. Breakfast was a standout among hotel breakfasts. We avoided dinner in the overpriced restaurant however, but spent hours whiling away in the beautiful downstairs lounge drinking Czech beer and eating strudel with table service. Highly recommended.
A beautiful hotel, with friendly efficient staff, warm welcome on arrival including a welcome drink of your choice. Room tastefully decorated with great facilities including a great quality capsule coffee machine and very comfortable bed. Food was very good especially the breakfast which catered for everyone with both hot and cold dishes. Ideally situated off the old square while providing a peaceful rest. Charming small hotel right on the doorstep of the Old Town Square. Perfect position for all sightseeing activities with good restaurants within 100 metres walk. Thoroughly recommend to anyone.
The location was excellent, very near to the Old Town Square but on a quiet street. All the top historical sites are within walking distance. Reception was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I will definitely recommend this hotel.
Clean and cosy hotel in the center of Old Town, just a few minutes walk to most of the highlights. Very friendly and helpful staff at a front desk. Breakfast good but the choice wasn't as big as expected. Wireless connection worked even in our room, not only in common areas. Service was OK, sometimes they forgot to bring new tea bags or soap/shampoo but we got everything when asked for. The only bad thing was when at the end we asked for taxi to the airport, they ordered some private driver which costed us more and we didn't get a proper receipt afterwards. Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place to everyone.

The Savic Hotel is in a great location providing a great experience in the centre of old town prague. We felt like we were in a place like Prague even while we were in our room which is what we were after. Fantastic rooms, location and service and goo value for money. Also great breakfast! Great hotel would stay there again without looking any further.

The Savic hotel was wonderful. We were staying there for a New Years break and when we arrived they announced they had a problem with the heating and plumbing in our room. We feared the worst but our fears were unfounded. We were moved to a 5 star hotel round the corner (also very nice) for the first night. The Savic were full of apologies and gave us a complimentary voucher for a full meal, with drinks, for two. When we retruned to the hotel the next day we were given their suite as part of our compensation - all this without having to prompt them. The hotel is very clean and attractive and the staff are extremely helpful - and they all spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our breakfast every morning and were spoilt for choice - a very good spread.They even delivered a chilled bottle of bubbly to our suite for New Years Eve. We cannot fault the hotel and its staff. The location is perfect too - just round the corner from the old square. We would definitely stay there again.
