"We felt a bit spoilt, having got our room for half price. We don't often stay at this class of hotel, so were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff in particular. The room was great, and the view over the river and city superb at night. Fantastic location, as only 100 m from the Brisbane convention centre, where we watched the netball. "I was concerend, having read other comments (after we had booked) that the train line side of the hotel was noisy - however we didn't hear the trains at all on our 2 night stay (and I'm used to the peace and quiet of the countryside). So we came from the airport by train and then attended the conference at the convention centre - perfect. Follow Breakfast Creek Road, then Ann Street, then left lane for North Quay. Turn right onto Victoria Bridge, follow Melbourne Street |
