Sawasdee Sukhumvit Inn Bangkok

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.They can also speak English.There is free Wi-Fi internet and also a couple of terminals in the foyer if you don't bring your laptop.The restaurant is open 6am to midnight but dont expect meals after about 8 or 9 at night.They only serve drinks.It is quite near to BTS skytrain stop Thong Lo.A convenience store is nearby at corner of Sukhumvit road and the hotel soi.One block away is a bookshop which has internet(coin in the slot-10baht coins) if you need to print out your boarding pass or hotel vouchers.

All of the hotel is very nice. It's reasonable price.it is far from BTS about 300 m. i love this hotel

The Sawasdee is a small Hotel on a good and quiet location in the Sukhumvit area. It's not really Phra Khanong it is in the Tong Lor area, but good to reach. Small rooms, furnishing is ok, TV program only in Thai but, again, the price is very good. I will stay there again and can only recommend it.

When I picked up a roll of tissue paper from shelf in the bathroom, it had many tiny bugs running on the tissue paper. Quite scary! When I booked the room few weeks before arrival, I have already mentioned I need a non-smoking room on lower level and try to ask for 1st floor 4 days before arrival. However, a room on 3rd floor was given. Please note that this hotel has not lift. Walking up and down twice a day is not good for travellers.

Everything is Ok but I think breakfast should be improved.

They'd managed to give our room to someone else before we arrived (his name was also Simon), so we had to wait for 45 minutes until the manager came and sorted out another room for us. After that they were good though

Best location if arriving late by air as on airport side of city when direct access by airport express buses.....also train at end of street to get into Central Bangkok. Some food stalls in same street and more within easy walk...Quieter than many areas of Bangkok. Will stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Staff are nice. Room is comfortable. Price and location are top value for money.

The hotel has basic facilities, as might be expected at the price, which were nonetheless perfectly satisfactory. I thought the staff were marvellous, and I felt extremely welcome. If you don't need luxury, and you are looking for somewhere affordable and conveniently situated, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great location. East access to BTS Skytrain. In a quiet, safe neighborhood. Room size small but with adequate facilities.

Front desk staff was not polite and was bit a rude.

A nice hotel for the price, it has basic facilities, done well. Close to a Sky Train station - 2 minutes walk - for easy access to the centre of the city. Also the eastern bus station is close - about 10 minutes walk - for buses to other parts of Thailand such as Pattaya. The staff are friendly and helpful. There was no window in the room I stayed in but that wasnt too bad as it made sleeping in easier.

Basic but clean room and good facilities/services. Location an easy walking distance to Thong Lo BTS station, so the whole Bangkok should be quite accessible to you. Its in the further part of Sukhumvit, so it was expected that theres nothing much around the hotel area. But Sukhumvit jam could be quite terrible. Nearby attractions include Jim Thompson outlet at Soi 93 - take a taxi there. Breakfast was simple but quality comparable to the one served at [other hotel], so there was no reason to complain. Theres no lift tho' so those who cant climb up especially after whole day of shopping and walking - may want to look at other hotels. All in all, if you just want to sleep and rest a while after a long day at low cost, recommended.

Very basic but clean hotel. If you are looking for a bed only and not concerned about all the frills this is the place. Location is good. Communication a little difficult as staff did not appear to have a good command of English

Not luxurious, but clean room, comfortable, and a good location near the sky train.

A servicable place for a few days in the Thonglor area.

Easy to get around because of the BTS TRANSPORTATION. 5 minutes walk to BTS (Tonglor Station) Station.

The hotel is very nice and for the price they included a simple breakfast with egg, strip of bacon amd toast plus tea or coffee. Located near the sky train.

Generally good value for Money. Stayed in Deluxe room. Clean and comfortable. Hotel needs an elevator as it is difficult to carry heavy luggage to upper floors. Location good - with skytrain nearby easy to travel. Overall a good stay.
