Good value buget hotel right in the heart of the action. friendly staff for the most part. Very safe and though in the busiest part of town i stayed there with my wife and daughter we found the area relaxed and layed back. will book again.
Cheap hotel in a decent location near nightlife. Rooms are basic but functional, beware that there is no lift so if you are on an upper floor you have a long walk!!

old building not luxuary but clean room, hot shower, cold aircon, comfy big bed, parking for motosi, helpful staff, no problem to bring guest back to room, nice TV with few english channel would stay here again
Hotel is a little bit old but clean and good service. Located on night business area. Their are a loud music noise at night time. I can't sleep whole night!!!
This hotel quite good. If you've not much budget to come to Thailand. I'm sure that this's the hotel with best service.
If you dont expect much for your dollar this is ideal. It took 24 hrs to get a bath towel & the rooms definately do not look like the photos. I was on level 5 & NO ELEVATOR. Its saving grace was that you could walk to wherever you wanted to be.
My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was helpful and courtesous. This is very gd hotel if you are a budget. It's exactly what i expected for the price. Location was good. I will stay there`again in the`future.
The hotel was very easy to find and check in was no problem.There is no lift so if you have a problem with stairs this hotel is not for you.The room was large but the layout could have been better. If there was one real complaint it would be that the air-con location by the window mean that all that air from the outlet hit a beam and barely reached the bed on th other side of the room. I only stayed a couple of nights so if you are on a budget it's great but for the 3 weeks I spent in Pattaya I needed something a little more comfortable.
