Scarborough Beach Resort, opened in December 2005, is an eight storey apartment complex on the foreshore in the heart of Scarborough offering excellent holiday accommodation and conference facilities. The only resort right on the beach offers professional on-site management, a range of room types, most with wonderful views of Moreton Bay and surrounds. This exciting new complex presents outstanding facilities, Resort Pool, Feature Spa, Gymnasium, Cedar Sauna, BBQ Area - Poolside, BBQ area - Rooftop and secure underground parking. Lifts to all levels. We offer one, two and three bedroom air- conditioned apartments and also studio rooms, complemented by contemporary and innovative style furnishings. Scarborough restaurants and cafes provide a fine selection of dining experiences - all within a few metres of the resort. Businesses also situated on the shopping strip include a general food store, Post Office, chemist, newsagent, doctors surgeries, hairdressers and more. The local hotel has an ATM, so park your car for the duration of your stay and enjoy the local area, if that's your choice. Getting there:
From Brisbane or Gold Coast: Take the Gateway Bridge Tollway along the Northern motorway to Redcliffe turnoff. Travel along the Houghton Highway, right onto Hornibrook Esplanade. Hornibrook veers left on to Oxley Ave. Approx 6 kms Oxley Ave becomes Landsborough Ave. Scarborough Beach Resort is 89 Landsborough Ave, on the beachfront. From Sunshine Coast: Travel along the Pacific Highway and take the Deception Bay off ramp and follow the signs to Redcliffe. Follow Anzac Ave and turn left on to Oxley Ave. Oxley Ave becomes Landsborough Ave. Scarborough Beach Resort is at 89 Landsborough Ave, on the beachfront. From Sandgate train station: Take Bus Route 690 to Landsborough Ave. Scarborough Beach Resort is 89 Landsborough Ave, on the beachfront. 36 km from Brisbane airport. 15 km from Sandgate railway station.

Check-in Procedure:
Reception is open 8:30am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 3.00 pm Saturday and 8.30am - 1.00pm Sunday & Public Holidays. If arriving after hours, contact Reception 24 hrs PRIOR to arrival for key pickup instructions. A Security Deposit of $200 cash or valid credit card authority is required on check-in.

Car parking:
Guests have secure underground car parking. Covered parking is also available for visitors. Lift access from the car park to all floors.

Our flight was delayed,arrived late to the hotel after much waiting and several phone calls were able to access room. rooms were great very nice view of construction zone. staff was very helpful and courteous. had a great stay.

I received very efficient and friendy service. I was very happy with the facilities although the room itself had no view. (It was a last minute deal though). I give the hotel a big golden star for Danny's restaurant which is located at the hotel entrance. The food was excellent, I was given a superb pinot noir and the view across the moonlit ocean was an unexpected bonus - a serendipitous occasion for a travel weary couple.

Staff managed a mistake in dates made by me and covered me with the maximum of smiles and minimum of fuss. Thoroughly recommend this hotel. I will saty again at the first opportunity. Thanks again ......

Very friendly, helpful staff. They were more than happy to let us check in very early. We arrived at 9.45am and they had our room ready by 10.15. check in time was 2pm. Very much appreciated.

A wonderful place with great views and facilities. The only downsides are: - A long way from shops - Keys have to be checked in on departure which is a bit of a chore when accessing the garage with the security system.

Its a bit expensive for a hotal so far our of the Brisbane CBD and without sea views. For some reason, I thought I had booked a room with sea views so was prepared to pay extra for that, however, I did not get a room with views. While the facilities were good - notwithsatnding the storm immediately beforehand - it is not worth the cost when so far out of the Brisbane CBD.
