Hanmer Springs is 1 1/2 hours from Christchurch city and airport. Travel north on highway 7 towards Lewis Pass, turn right onto highway 7A, continue for 10 minutes to reach the centre of Hanmer Springs. Harrogate Street is located on your right hand side in the centre of the main street, Amuri Avenue. You will find Scarborough Lodge on the corner of Harrogate Street and Scarborough Terrace, just 3 minutes from the Thermal Reserve and The Spa.
