We are a strictly non-smoking hotel. Ideal for business and lesuire guests with contemporary design and decor situated just two blocks from the Octagon. Central and convenient to C.B.D and many key attractions and services. Street side restaurant and lounge bar serving contemporary provencial Otago cuisine. Conference room available for 50 people.

Getting There: Cnr Princess & Dowling Streets, located two blocks south of the Central City landmark the Octagon. If driving from either North or South drive into Central City Octagon and follow Princes Street to the corner of Dowling Street.

Early check in can be arranged prior to arrival. Late check outs can be arranged prior to departure. Subject to availability and a cost may apply.
Car Parking: Valet Car Parking Service at $10.00 per night. Set down area on Princes Street next to Hotel entrance.
