The motel was beautiful and the surroundings were so tranquil. I would recommend this motel to anyone
While the view of the mountains & glacier was great, our stay was spoilt by the noise from the restaurant/bar opposite, which was quite unacceptable - especially for accommodation at this rate.

Our room was great with a view towards the glacier. Check in and out were very efficient and friendly. We were somewhat disappointed with the restaurant as we felt the food standard, quality and range were average. So much so that we sought a local restaurant on our second night
Room was clean and spacious, although furnishings are a bit tired. Come on !! Modernise the place. Location is good and front desk service was good
I advised I would check in at 2 pm. I arrived at 1.50 pm and was told the room would be ready in 10 minutes. At 2.15 I was advised the room would be ready in 10 minutes. At 2.30 I was advised the room would be ready in 10 minutes. At 2.45 I was advised the room would be ready in 10 minutes. I had to leave all my stuff at reception as I was going on a guided expedition at 3 pm. I returned at 8 pm the room was ready.
Very close to the Glacier and all of the tour offices etc.
Breakfast choice was a bit limited but the dinner was exceptionally good - good portions, well prepared and presented, and very tasty. The views from the breakfast/dining room of the mountains and glaciers was excellent.
Expensive but nice view and facilities. Great service and dishes at their restaurant.
Good location and a short walk from the centre. Our room was a good size with excellent views. Hotel food was poor with little choice. Reception staff are extremely helpful and our stay there was pleasant.

The view from this hotel was absolutely stunning. The room was outstanding and much appreciated were the in-room facilities for travellers for laundry and food preparation. All in all, can't recommend it too highly. Barbara

spa baths cost an additional $10 per .5 HR. certain romms near to town and can be noisy. Ours was.

The room was really lovely, refurbished and very tasteful, Beautiful views and lovely breakfast.
Very expensive but bit of a captive market as it's the only major hotel in a what's a small tourist town. Nice views across to the glacier (if you are up high in one of the hotel blocks that face over to it!). Acceptable.
Well situated.No need to use the restaurants as plenty choice nearby.
Large, comfortable room with many facilities provided. Very close to shops/restaurants etc. Short walk to tourist attractions.
