Scenic Hotel Te Pania enjoys a very desirable central waterfront location on Marine Parade directly across the road from the War Memorial Convention Centre. Napier is one of the first places in the world to witness the dawn of a new day, and guests are inspired by the extensive sea views the hotel offers.
The hotels guests are just two minutes walk from Napier’s famous art deco style main street. With Napier’s War Memorial Centre and swimming complex just across the road you won’t find a more convenient location from which to base your stay in Napier.

Scenic Hotel Te Pania comprises 109 air conditioned superior rooms and suites with either a super king bed or two double beds. All rooms face out to the Hawkes Bay with floor to ceiling windows that open, offering extensive sea views.
