"Sorry for this but this was one of the worst experices we had on our travels. T.V, refridgerator, not plugged in; airconditioner not explained how to turn on. Dim lighting. Shower curtain dirty. Ordered room service and food poor quality and not what we ordered. Also very expensive for what we got. Couldn't eat it.Took us 40 minutes to check out because wouldn't take traveler's cheques and staff couldn't figure out how to use the Visa machine.Sent us to another hotel to cash travelers cheques and they wouldn't do it either. Very frustrating. Rooms extremely noisy. Other guests' children running all over in hallways and screaming. Not at all happy with our stay. Not as advertised on intenet. " - Anonymous
