Ideal location to access the sights and sounds of the Bay of Islands. Good front of house staff.

The manager, Shirley was so helpful and obliging it was a delight to stay there. Close to all things to do in paihia as well.

We had a 2 bedroom app.at Sea Spray. The location great across from the beach and just a walk to the Resturants.Would recommend this property.

we looked at previous reviews on this motel which prompted our booking. It lived up to all expectations. Would stay again. Note; very nice supermarket (countdown) around the corner past the Shell Service station, about 1/2 km on the Keri Keri Road

The apartment was very well equipped, the service was good and the price was excellent. The only issue we had was that the complex is described as having stunning views from every room - when you're in the Bay of Islands, you really expect the view to be of the bay. However, apart from the front four, all the apartments are side-on to the ocean/bay front. We were originally to be placed in a downstairs apartment which had no view at all except the side fence but, on our request, were switched to an upstairs room with a front balcony area, which was much better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Really lovely suite to stay in and very clost to town, on the waters edge although no view to the sea. Would definitely stay again

good service parking bays small dont go with a large vehicle

The suite was very clean and comfortable. Location was great and nice being close enough to walk into the centre of the town but far enough away to be quiet. Had some trouble reading the photocopy instructions for the oven/microwave and gave up - went out for meals.

Enjoyed our stay very much. GREAT showers, clean modern suites. Walking distance to Paihia shops and straight across the road from the beach. Would use again and definetely recommend.

We chose the 2 bedroom apartment because it advertised as having amazing ocean views. We were on the ground floor slightly lower than the road and our view was the cars parked outside our unit. When we asked if a higher unit was available we were told they were booked.

Good clean accommodation. View from room - garage and close to ogther appartments. OK for a couple of nights.

The motel was very nice, clean and had all that was required. Nice and Modern decor - Highly recommended Also Very friendly and helpful staff :) Would be more then happy to stay there again...
