"My primary grumble with this place is that it is like a live-in kindergarten. The place is full of young families, most of whom show no courtesy to other guests. We were awoken every morning but one by either screaming, unsupervised children running past our door by 6am, or the kids television programs blaring in the room next door at 5.30am. The Shoreline Restaurant, which provides buffet breakfast and dinner, was also filled with wandering, screaming, unregulated children at every meal. Our attempt on the last night, to avoid this by booking late saw us sitting alone in the restaurant by 9pm with all staff watching us, obviously wishing us gone so that they could leave. The amenity of the room itself, whilst a little tired (aren't we all?), was acceptable. The quality of the staff was very hit and miss. My advice is, if you have, or particularly like, young children, this place is probably for you. If you want an adult environment this place is definitely not for you." - Anonymous
