Beautiful resort in perfect location. We got a very good deal from hotel club. Very enjoyable stay.

A very nice acceptable resort that we have stayed at many times. Well situated for Kids enjoyment and activities. Only downside to the resort is the food all the Cooks have been trained to burn and overcook most dishes. Watterfall Resty=urant---Give it a Miss!!

Some facilities not available for use. Thought entry to sea world should hAve been included in our accomodation costs.

Fantastic set up for families. Just a pity the kids pool wasn't open longer hours - the midday to 4 pm time didn't allow us to swim before going out or after returning from the day's activities so we missed out completely. Apparently it's open longer hours in the Summer. Also, don't order room service pizza. Other than that we loved it. Great to have a kitchen in the room, lovely gardens, great to be so close to Sea World etc.

Accommodation and service were very good for a short stay with our kids. Room service food was average but convenient.

was a nice place to stay. close to beach and other facilities of the Gold Coast Qld. Would of been nice if the price included entry in to the Seaworld theme park as all other accomodation prices included entry. this needs to be stated on the booking as we expected it to be included which is why we went there, only to be disappointed on arrival.

I went for 3 days with my 10 and 20 year old had awesome time,will be back again

great place for a family holiday.little disapointed in the food and maybe seaworld should be more acessable for guests(maybe included in the price)

We recently stayed with our 2 girls aged 2 and 3. Absolute kids paradise. From little Seaworld rubber ducks for the girls in the bathroom, the fantastic new water playground next to the main pool, unlimited access to seaworld on our doorstep, some of the best Buffets I have experienced, Seafood nights incredible, and I have experienced many all over the world to the ever so comfy beds and a water park with rapid plunge and 2 water slides plus two huge pools with kids areas on top of the hotel pool and spa, this place was terrific. The hotel has recently completed a refurbishment and looks great. The sparkling white marble tiles in the entrance / lobby / public areas to the ocean inspired artwork on walls and in statues to the super clean and crisp restaurants and the great colours in the new hotel rooms it was just an absolute pleasure to stay here and we cant wait to come back!

Very nice large rooms. Awesome pools and waterpark. A little far away so you really need a car as food at the resort is expensive. Would definitely stay there again. Staff went out of their way to help.Very nice grounds too.

Awesome the whole family enjoyed it. didnt have to leave the resort.

all the staff were extremely helpful & friendly. water world park was fantastic . the only problem we has was that the monorail was not working when we were there. overall we had a fantastic time. will come back again

The hotel location is far from bus stop, which is located in sea world. There should be free shuttle to sea world from hotel, so hotel visitors who don't visit sea world (to ride monorail train) have access to bus stop in sea world.

I felt like a chicken in a cage - if I opened the door onto the tiny balcony all I could near was a large air conditioner. If I closed it I felt closed in. The sea world water park is only accessible after 10am which didnt work out for me. Dont stay hear unless you are going to Sea World. The food is expensive also - and not very nice.

in room internet very expensive, should be free. Should have free shuttle bus dropping of people to town, Shuttle bus very expensive. Also 1km walk to the nearest bus stop. You should be allowed to catch the seaworld monorail to the front of Seaworld to catch buses if needed instead of walking all that way. Every thing else was great.

Pricing for food and options was ridiculous. No real healthy choice options for lunch at the pool cafe's and the pricing was just out of this world. You charged me $13 for a banana smoothie and my son $8 for glass of juice. We had a great time, but the price for my family of 4 to eat there for 3 meals was more than my family grocery shop for the week. Ridiculous and this will stop me from returning. No lack of healthy options is very very disappointing.

The resort was beautiful. Our room was great with our balcony overlooking the magnificent pool. Throughly enjoyed our stay. Kids loved it.
