Seahorse Motel At Phillip Island

Chose Seahorse Motel at Philip Island as our stopover to go and see the Penguin Parade. Easy location to find and great little motel. Plenty of room for two couples staying in 2 bed, 2 ensuite apartment - excellent value too! Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful and even waited to do late check-in after we had been to the Penguin Parade, which was very hospitable of them. We would thoroughly recommend this motel to our friends and family and would have liked to spend another couple of days there!

A very pleasant place to stay

i stayed at the sea horse motel on the weekend, it was a lovley motel the only thing i have to say was the manger at the counter was so rude and most outspoken that women is the reason i will never return to this motel. The next morning i made a complaint to the other manger, all he seemed to do was roll his eyes because the women is his wife and didnt seen to think there was anything wrong with how she spoke. if you would like to be spoken to like a piece of crap then please go to the sea horse hotel and the enjoy HER at the front counter!!!

Enjoyed stay hotel owners were very helpful and freindly. I would recomend this hotel for a quiet stay on the island

We had a lovely time at he Seahorse Motel. I found the staff extremely friendly and helpfull. The room had everything required by us. It was very clean and comfortable.

Could do with a new couch. It was so low we had trouble getting up. I can never understand when hotels etc have couches or easy chairs but they don't have coffee tables. Where are you put your drinks?

Cosy place to stay. Heater was in bedroom so the living area was rather cold. Thermal blankies provided but only on single beds and 1 side of the queen sized bed. Receptionist called to report items which we left behind by accident - great service :)

Stayed in a 1BR SC unit. Not that great with a 1 year old child, as the bathroom is accessed via the bedroom, the doors are sliding and the kitchen cupboards dont have doors on them. Noisy pipes banging occasionally during the night. The room was nothing flashy, but I guess if you're not stuck in it with a child it would be okay.

Enjoyed my stay, close to the beach and the shopping strip. Rooms are serviced every day and cleanliness is top notch. Highly recommended

Ceiling fan in our room was very old and noisy.

great comfortable and large room at good price, clean and cosy. will definately stay there again. extractor fan in toilet might need some oil, too noisy when on. otherwise is great.

Close to the heart of town. Comfy rooms with all needs met. Small TV with limited cable. Nice hot showers. Good playground for the kids.

Self contained units well equiped with all you need for a long stay. Friendly owners and very centrally located.

We were quite impressed with the facilities and would not hesitate to stay with the Seahorse again.

Seahorse is a nice motel, boss is friendly..! Only need to provide internet access.
