The Ecotel provides great value accommodation combined with comfort and friendly service. It has a beautiful pool set amongst landscaped lawns and gardens. Through the Ecotel's rear gateway it's only a short stroll to the beaches, bush, breakwater and boardwalk though a bellbird gully. There is also a protected swimming area adjacent to the breakwater. At times seals and dolphins enter the inlet. The owners are gradually introducing environmental features to complement the Ecotel's 6 acres of natural bushland. All units have a king size double bed and include linen, towels, a bathroom with shower and toilet,hairdryer, electric jug, toaster, crockery, cutlery, fridge, heater, fan and colour television. Available for hire;DVD and Video players ,coffee and sandwich makers. On arrival guests will be provided with complimentary fresh milk, tea and coffee, sugar and homemade biscuits. The units are non-smoking. However, there are verandahs available with ash trays and butt containers. A continental breakfast is available for $6 per person. For self-catering, kitchenettes are provided in each unit while its only a minute's drive to shops. There is also a guest's dining and lounge room available in the heritage farmhouse on the property. The barbecue is available for guests who are most welcome to picnic under the big old jacaranda tree or find another part of our acreage to relax.

Getting there:The Ecotel is 345kms from Sydney, 695 kms from Melbourne and 217kms from Canbera. It is situated adjacent to the Princes Highway at North Narooma, 1km north of the Narooma bridge.
Check-in Procedure:Check-in is after 2pm and before 10pm. Checkout is by 10am unless otherwise arranged.
Car parking:There is ample free parking for guests' and their visitors' vehicles and boats.
Child Policy:Children are most welcome and free games are provided as well as the space to enjoy them in the grassed areas of the 6 acre site. We strongly advise parental supervision at all times and encourage the wearing of footwear by children.
A nice family friendly accommodation. Close to BroadWalk and the netted beach. Very friendly host. Would stay here in our next vist.
Basic hotel Pictures and description on rates to go indicated room would have a microwave - which it did not, which was inconvenient. Good location. Room in need of a bit of TLC - bathroom door would not close, carpet tacks coming up through carpet, cutain coming off hooks, wardrobe door not closing properly etc.
Clean, beautiful views, friendly staff, good value. Have to share verandah though. I liked the environmental concept in action. Basic accomodation but nice and clean.
The rooms were very clean and airy.
The people were fantastic and very helpful. We really enjoyed our holiday!
The family room we had was good value for the money, with a well equipped kitchen. Good firm beds, which are not often the case in motels.
The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. The view was beautiful as was the whole of Narooma. Narooma is very child friendly and we were never bored. WE will be recommending Seascape Hotel to our friends and family and returning there again.
The staff were very helpful, and even cleaned our windscreen when we were leaving!
A nice motel on the outskirts of town. Recommend.
Managers are exceptionally helpful and cheerful.
Not a lot of spare room in unit we were in - but value for money couln't be bettered.
