Mollymook Seascape Motel offers guest a choice of large spacious rooms or two bedroom self-contained family units. Free Austar, Fox 1, 2 & 3 movie channels and news. Broadband Access available. Close to beach, golf club, bowling club, shops and cafes.
Room Key - this is handed to you upon check in, lost keys will be charged at replacement cost.
Visitors of Guests - Our facility does not cater for people visiting you in your room or using the Motel facilities whilst you are holidaying with us. We do not wish to offend you by having them removed.
Checkout Time - Check out time is prior to 10.00am; there will be no late checkouts.
Noise - Noise is to be kept to a minimum at all times. No noise permitted after 10.30pm. If you have a concern about noise, please contact Reception so action can be taken.
Management Reserves the right to evict any person causing problems. Laws provide for the eviction from the motel of all intoxicated or drug affected persons whose behaviour or language is unacceptable. Persons evicted will not be refunded any monies and future-booking rights will be forfeited.

Located on the Princes Highway between Golf Avenue (to the south) and Illett Street (to the north). Dont take any of the turn-offs to Mollymook or Mollymook Beach as we are located right on the Highway.

.Photo ID at check-in will be required to identify the guest. A copy of the credit card used at time of booking will be required. |

Off street parking is available for all rooms and units. There is no charge for parking. Provisions for boats and trailors are available, must be stipulated at time of booking. Car Parking
Please note that we do not have designated parking, but each unit has one car space available for their use. If you have a second car, parking is available in front of the Motel. |
