Seasons Darling Harbour Sydney

Our company uses this hotel often. We would like to come back again and again.

Great location, nice staff and clean room. We enjoyed our trip.

Having a nice short stay during in Sydney. Clean and nice room with great location.

Location perfct , The air-condition cool enough ,the shower pressure very good and the room was clean,will stay there again.

Not worth my money bed was broken could here nosie from other rooms, have to go different part of hotel to get to pool. Only reasan I stay again if I had to is for locationother than that no thanks

Only stayed the one night, but the room was clean, well equipped and well located. Would definately stay there again.

Lovely area for a hotel. Close to Darling Harbour. Reception staff were not very helpful, on checkin. Checkout staff were very friendly and helpful. Lift access cards and pool access was complicated.

Nice place for a short city stay, good access to the main shopping precinct and restaurants. Not the easiest access to get to the leisure/pool facilities but overall I would stay again.

Location surrounding was great, however taxi's and pick up/drop off point was aweful and kaotic! they never had a parking spot, so we always had to always walk distances to and from taxi's. Friendly and helpfull staff, depending who is rostered on. Room was clean with all that was promised. We stayed on the 8th floor, and to my suprise, we could not hear the noise from the monorail. The pool and the gym was a bit of a dissapointment though. Overall i would rate it a 3 star, not 4 as advertised.

Nice place to stay, pretty tricky finding our room with 3 tired kids! Good location, but a little walk to Darling Harbour. Would stay again

very central position, staff helpful and friendly. pool VERY hard to locate - didn't manage to get inside! good value for money would stay there again.

Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable with kitchenette and comfy lounge. Great location right next to Chinatown. Value for money.

The room was very tired & in need of an upgrade. The laminate was peeling off the bathroom cabinets & in the lounge. I asked about getting a room with a view by e-mail prior to arrival & received no reply & then when I asked at check in I was not even offered the opportunity to upgrade. The location was handy to Darling Harbor & the mono rail and the bed was VERY comfortable...but that's all I could find to be positive about.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was lovely. It had 2 bathrooms which was a bonus. The balconey overlooked Chinatown and we could see straight down to Darling Harbour, which was a five minute walk. The monorail was in the building and the train station was a 10 minute walk at most. Quite a good location in the city.

We did have problems finding the place. We were instructed to park in a near by parking station, when we got down to the parking it was very small and there was no parking left but eventually found one. Once in our 1 bedroom apartment we were very happy, place was clean and in a great location, right in China Town and a short walk to Darling harbour. I would stay there again now I know where it is and can find it!!

I have nothing but praise for this apartment. I am so impressed I don't want too many people to know about it

We were checked into a room 3 times before we got to ours. The first room they gave us keys to was actually someone else's room and they were in it!! But the location was perfect and the view was also great.

I was very disappointed in the service provided by this hotel. Upon arrival, we were basically ignored for a minute or so and the young girl at reception was anything but warm and welcoming. The refridgerator had broken down and we therefore had to have all of our goods taken to the staff fridge which was quite inconvenient. Both TVs had terrible reception and we regularly had to advise reception that we had run out of something as the cleaning staff had not replenished it that morning. The swimming pool and gym is actually located in the adjoining hotel and is difficult to get to. the best part of the facilities was the bed which was very comfortable and the only saving grace for this hotel was it's location which was within easy walking distance to Darling Harbour, Sydney Entertainment centre, Chinatown and Paddy's market. With a bit of staff training (in better hospitality) this hotel would be much better.

Confusing to locate and access rooms. The lack of keys was a problem and we didn't appreciate that our luggage was left, unattended, in the entrance for several hours.
