Amazing service and a great room, would have liked better views but that's only being spoilt, have recommended it to friends will defiantly stay here again!!!

We had a fabulous Christmas eve. Dinner in Darling Harbour, followed by fireworks and a short walk home to the gifts ;-).

Great location but in need of a modern upgrade. The only best thing I think was the location.

Arrived early, checked in bags. Friendly staff and good service, but when got to room, was disappointed by the tired furniture and fittings.The television belonged in the 1959, no set top box or foxtel,airconditioner did not operate in reverse cycle mode, and lounge belonged in the op shop. But as a positive the room was very spacious . would recommend when all these issues are addressed

We stayed for 1 night before flying overseas, easy to find and great location. Very comfortable apartment and the staff we very friendly.

We were disappointed with this hotel. It was in a fantastic location..just a stone throw over to Darling Harbour which was the upside of our stay. Firstly, if you plan on parking in the hotel's carpark, I'd recommend taking a small car...we have a 4wd and it was a very tight squeeze getting in and out and up and down the ramps. When we booked the room we were to receive a complimentary bottle of champagne. When we checked in we were about to head to the lifts when the receptionist called out to me to come back as she had our bottle of champagne. Very nice of her..but it was not even chilled?! so consequently it could not be enjoyed straight away and came home in one of our bags. The unit was tidy but really needs some TLC. The kitchen oven and stovetop had obviously been well used (bit grotty). There was only enough cutlery for 2 people (2 forks, 2 knives etc glasses and coffee cups same). Tiny little sachet of dishwashing liquid to last 2 nights :O Spa bath was dirty. The shower was missing the soap holder so we had to balance the soap on the top of the shower screen. Walls and skirts knocked around and antiquated tv (old square bulky thing - no wide/flat screen) with very limited channels. The sofa was quite worn in areas and looked like somebody had slept on it. The staff were friendly though. I think this hotel needs a good overhaul and we probably will not stay there again.

PROS - Included parking,internet and bottle of wine,for $149 is a bargain! - Location is great,close to heaps of shops,restaurants etc -Staff very helpful and friendly,despite recent changeover of management etc (i think like 3 weeks ago) - Full kitchen,could come in handy -Room quite large (for city hotel esp.) CONS - Outdated rooms (tv's older than my parents,one without remote,not acceptable these days), and shower left a lot to be desired,cracked,loose tiles,shower screen falling apart (maybe yet to be refurbished?) - Hard beds, pillows not great Overall,not bad for what we wanted for a short break,but glad i only paid $149 for it..would have been cranky if paid normal rates..

Checkin was excellent staff friendly hotel clean onsite parking with 2.1mt Clearance great location to CBD & Darling Harbour

Every thing about the hotel was great. The level of security to the building was first class, and the layout and size of the rooms were quite comfortable. The only issues were the entire building is non-smoking and the car park. All rooms and balconies were non-smoking, so those requiring a smoke, put your slippers on and head outside. If you have a large vehicle it is difficult to maneuver around the car park. Otherwise, worthwhile.

Facilities comprehensive. Good Parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again.
