Lovely Hotel. Outside you see a lovely Heritage building but when you enter it is a very modern and stylish hotel. We had a wonderful view of the bay and gardens with three spacious rooms, a bathroom, bedroom and sitting room. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Enjoyed a lovely stay at the Seasons Heritage Melbourne the studio apartment was very roomy with a lovely view We would be happy to stay again
Excellent value for money if you are happy to stay not directly in the city.
I have found the appartments very pleasing and relaxing to stay in and convenient to Melbourne central business area. I experienced the evening meal which was very nice in a quiet relaxing environment. I look forward to staying again in the future when in Melbourne.
TV too small for size of room...Bed size was single...No facilities to washup dishes only bathroom area
The apartment itself was really good and very comfortable however the staff on reception were less than helpful in dealing with a problem we had when checking - a problem created by hotel policy that had to be sorted before we were able to check in. In our view there was no reason for us not to be able to check in while problem was being resolved and the way we were treated was totally unacceptable. As a result we will not be staying there again and would certainly not recommend it to anyone.
Overall, i had a pleasant stay at the service apartments. The staff is very friendly, provides extra amenities when i needed it and didn't charge me for the jug i broke. When i ask the staff for directions, they are very nice and they make an effort to remember you. I stayed in a 1 room apartment, the place is spacious with a balcony, living room, bedroom and a toilet. It is generally clean and has all the basic facilities that you need, like a washer, dryer, pots, refridgerator, microwave, etc. The only down side is that it takes about 35 mins to walk to the city area. Good thing is the weather is usually nice and cool. If you are looking for a place to stay for a week and longer, this will be the one as it will make you feel at home.
Very good n comfortable....but if ur a tourist, its prob best to stay in the CBD...I was just looking for a temporary place to stay before I found permanent accom-so it was fine for me.
Work booked me into the Studio. I found it too small, didnt like the 1/2 size ironing board and no ability to sit in a chair and watch TV as the bed took up most of the space. Dining room slightly expensive. Staff were great, and hotel was clean. Location was excellent given access to trams etc.
Hi this hotel is on one of Melbourne's main roads with good Tram access to and from the city and the beach suburb of St Kilda. It is clean and modern and has a lift car parking arrangement I've never encountered before But they charge you $14 Aus per day for the privilege. the Menu is simple but not cheap breakfast is better at the Cafe down and across the road. Staff were friendly and courteous. I was on the 6th floor at the rear of the building where the services are located and there is a rubbish pickup at about 6am that crashes and bangs. There is also fair amount of noise from the air conditioning to the point were you cannot sleep with it on . it also has tiny 15 inch Tv set with difficult to understand Menu. at the time of my visit the city had planned to replace the tram tracks over the weekend and it entailed 24hr times 2 days of diggers jackhammers and all of that construction noise.
Very happy with our stay.
clean, but tv didn't work and bed was very firm
The lift for the car was a little bit tricky but other then that it was a good stay. I will definately be staying again.
I absolutely loved these apartments, the one and only thing to dampen the stay, was the fact that we could hear running water down our bedroom wall, everytime someone had a shower in the apartment above us.
Made a last minute booking and got a great double room for an even better price. Room was beautifully furnished with great contemporary detail. Comfortable size for a couple staying less than a handful of nights in the city. Will definitely recommend.
What a lovely property Apart from internet problems and 1 rude staffer it was fantastic, plan to stay again
Good room and facilities for the price. Staff excellent.
The hotel was ok. Parking using the lift system is a bit of a mission and was a little confusing. Not that I have much of an expectation from room service however I thought I would be safe with a salad and chips. It was pretty terrible.
