"Location is rather far from nearest MRT--more than 10 min walk which would be unbearable in the heat of July. Plenty of convenience stores , but not many good eateries nearby. Price is reasonable but breakfast is very light. The commendable part is service which was excellent. We (3 females) were carrying small-sized suitcases but had difficulty crossing the busy road just in front of the hotel. A service-person inside the hotel saw our plight and came out and crossed the road to help us, carrying all the luggage and smiling. We had a triple room which was very clean and spacious, the bedding and mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was huge compared with most hotels, and it had a triangular jacuzzi which we enjoyed every night. We read about the jacuzzi on hotel reviews and it was true to our expectations. Free coffee, tea AND hot chocolate are available till about midnight. If you are really greedy, there's cup noodle too!" - Anonymous


"Very friendly and helpful staff. Good service. They provide good breakfast, choices of oriental, japanese, western and the local beef noodle. And also the all day coffee, tea, and instant noodle. I like the jacuzzi bathroom and their different room theme decoration. Very comfortable. The only complaint I have is their unstable internet access. Location is good for me as I like the walk to the subway station or the train station, there are lots of shops on the way to the station especially those wholesalers, very interesting. "Overall a decent hotel for the price. Only major issue was that our room didnt have the internet access. Location wise it's about 10 mins walking to either the Zhongshan station or the Taipei main station. If you are not looking for rockstar treatment and you are good with finding your way around new territories then this is a good hotel for you to stay in. Everything seems new for the time being.
