Seattle Pacific Hotel

This hotel is in a good position - very close to the Space Needle. The hotel needs a good makeover, as it is now quite old, but the price reflects this. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, bed made and floor vacumed, and that was that. The bed linen was way too small for the size of the bed, with the result, that as soon as you got into bed, it fell to bits.The breakfasts were bagels and muffins, with cream cheese and jam, tea or coffee.Wouldn't stay again.

The hotel's location and pricing suited well. Service ranking was marked average because two members at reception were just that. However, the receptionist on our last morning was delightful and of great assistance. We would use this hotel again.

The hotel does not look that good from outside but was fine once inside. Couple of cleanliness issues like coffee bag still in coffee maker, used shampoo container on top of shower and ants in room. TV cable was playing up, going snowy on occasions.

This hotel is a lot nicer than expected for the price. If you are use to staying at a holiday in, you will enjoy this hotel. You are within walking distance to the space needle and the free bus route. The staff is very helpful with directions. The wireless router doesn't reach the third floor, so you have to go to the lobby to use your computer.

The shower wasn't clean, there was a water problem so no water until late in the evening. I would never recommend staying in this hotel to anyone. The only bright side was the location worked well to get around the city.

Got a great price and the location is walking distance to the Seattle Center (Space Needle, EMP, Science Center, Key Arena) but also on a busy main road. Be sure you get a room facing away from the street. Wireless internet was down most of the time we were there. Staff was very friendly.

The location was ideal, walking distance to the needle and close to buses into the city which were frequent and cheap. We also walked down to the waterfront and back from the hotel. The service was poor sometimes and reasonable at others, depending on who was on the desk. The cleaning staff were very friendly. The bathroom looked like it had been renovated in a hurry but overall the room was large and for the price, we couldn't complain. Decent muffins for breakfast.

Clean but basic rooms. TV did not work well, was very old. I ran out of hot water halfway through a shower one morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient walking distance to Lake Union, Space Needle and downtown.

I would call it Motel (not Hotel)

Good place to stay, very close to the space needle and seattle centre. About 20 minuts walking distance to downtown. Very noise (specially on the pool) due to highway 99 direct in front of the hotel.

Room is clean and comfortable, but the rug is dirty. Location is excellent but the exterior and lobby is small. Service is not bad but the breakfast sucks.

The continental breakfast was very basic and served without much room to sit and in the small space in front of the front desk. Not very good!

Needs some reno's but otherwise comfortable for the price.

The hotel is located centrally to the space needle, however it is in a rough part of town. The interior is clean and the staff is friendly. If you are traveling on a budget I would recommend this over a hotel nearer to the airport because it is in the heart of downtown Seattle.

I am sure that this hotel has past its glory days... but the upkeep has been good... all the employees were very friendly and helpful in suggesting things to see and do... and finding great affordable restaurants in the area... I would definetely stay there again...
