Opened in October 2003, The Sebel Residence East Perth is a luxury 4.5 star apartment Hotel, situated in the heart of fashionable East Perth overlooking the Majestic Swan River. Consisting of 57 self-contained studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, the hotl boasts a gymnasium, outdoor heated lap pool, laundrey facilities and internet kiosks. FIve independantly owned restaurants, bar and cafes on the complex offer a variety of culinary delights. Please note that the apartments are serviced twice weekly but daily refreshing can be arranged for $13.00, or daily servicing for $20.00 per studio and $25.00 per one bedroom suite respectively.

Getting There:

The hotel is situated on the corner of Royal and Plain Streets. The Central Transit System (CAT), a free service that picks up outside the hotel every 5 minute, offers quick transportation into the central city with close access to the train and bus stations. The hotel is situated 11kms from the both the domestic and international airports at a cost of around $25.00 each way via taxi.
