The Pension Seibel is located directly in the city center at the famous Victualien Market. Just about 3 minutes walking distance from Marienplatz. The Bavarian styled rooms are furnished mostly with private bathroom, cable TV, telephone and mini bar. The rates include a fabulous breakfast buffet. The fair trade center is 15 minutes by underground away, direct connection.

Getting there:
From the central station every S-Bahn direction Marienplatz, 2 stops. Or the Tram line 17 or 18 direction Effnerplatz 4 stops get off Reichenbachstrasse. Or by taxi roughly EUR 6.- . From the airport the S8 direction Marienplatz about 45 minutes. Reception is open from 7am to 10pm. Check in possible at any time but please advise us about an arrival after 10pm (very important). The telephone Number will be displayed on your voucher.

Free, but limited car parking possible all around the location. Public parking garage is very near (~EUR 25.-/24hrs).

Excellent location. Short walk to everything. Laundry close by. Breakfast was excellent+ staff very helpful. No lift+ no internet (although staff gave us directions to an internet cafe)

Only concern was we thought we were getting an appartmnt in stead of 2 double rooms. Breakfast was good.

Excellent for the money and central location close to Marienplatz- did not notice a lift, so not great for elderly. Food excellent. Quiet location generally although there appeared to be a lose pipe in the upper floors which was making a knocking noise - I guess this could be fixed. Nice character property - conveniently close ro the market.
