very basic accommodation yet comfortable enough. Don't have any preconceptions and you'll be fine. Great location for all the sites
Just a basic room - perfect if you only want somewhere to sleep. Great location.
Stayed in Rm 313. Room size was ok but the bathroom layout was really awkward in addition to its tiny space. However the hotel itself is clean in general and given that kind of price in Roma I have no complains
The best thing about Hotel Seiler is its position in a clean and central part of Rome, very close to Repubblica metro. The rooms are pleasant and clean, but small and basic. Bear in mind that there is no air conditioning in the rooms (although there are fans) making sleeping in the hottest months of the year difficult. Breakfast, in a dimly-lit oversized cellar, is above average for the price. Some of the reception staff try to tout overpriced tours. Don't take them! Even so I would definitely recommend this hotel for the cooler months of the year.
Good Location near all the tourist sites. The rooms were clean but a little compact, size for a double bed, wardrobe and small dresser unit. Shower rooms were good size and tidy. The reception staff were excellent in helping and giving information. As a budget hotel you get what you pay for.
As a couple who spent all the time outside strolling in the city, we only used to sleep our "very small" room. But considering the price and location, we do not regret our experience.
location is good for sightseeing.room price is resonable.but only window view is very bad.
A value for money budget hotel. Very friendly staff.
Very nice however room was quite warm and there was no way to turn the heat down.
Very good service! And the location beats everything.. it's my third time in Rome and this is the best hotel I've stayed at. The rooms could need a renovation but it was ok! I really recommend it!
I was extremely satisfied with my stay. The rooms are small but the service is friendly and you really can't beat the location. It's convenient, I felt very secure and it was cheap.
price vs location is good.
Very helpful staff
A very convenient location, 1 blk so of Republica Metro and 1 blk wst of V Nazionale; restaurants in the neighborhood, a small grocery store, and a sandwich shop on the same street. Tiny bathroom, room was ok for 4 adults and 1 child. Not cleaned well, when we checked in. However, it was cleaned and maintained for the rest of our stay. The breakfast room is in the basement, nice, but hard to access for elderly/disabled. The staff was helpful. Good rates: paid $125 for 5 people/night.
