"The apartments are about a 15 minute walk from the old port area and are situated in the university campus. The complex can be a little difficult to find so get your directions before you go. The staff were friendly and helpful. All in all an enjoyable visit." - Liam McArdle


"This self catering apartment/hotel is tricky to find, but has good facilities apart from the "sofa bed" (rather than a proper bed) which lets the room down. It is about 20 minutes walk back from the old town, so is quite convenient." - Anonymous

The only downside is the relative lack of shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity but don't let that put you off. Getting there: From the La Rochelle airport - Ile de Ré (7km), shuttle bus (10 minutes), Place de Verdun (city center).
By train to La Rochelle Ville station, then take the bus or walk 15 minutes.
Follow the 'Port de Plaisance les Minimes' signs.
Check-in Procedure: We cannot confirm last minute bookings made outside of opening hours of our main reservation office that is to say from monday to friday : 9:30 am to 12:30 am then from 1:30 to 7pm, on saturday from 9:30 am to 12:30 am then from 1:30 to 6pm. Close on sunday.
For any arrival outside those times, clients need to call the residence during opening hours three days prior arrival, to obtain entrance key codes.

Please note that breakfast is not served on Sundays and public holidays.
