Getting there:From Zurich Airport: By regular shuttle bus or taxi (takes 15 minutes) or by train (takes 10 minutes) to Zurich Central Station From Zurich Central Station: Take tram 4 (heading for Werdholzli) from Central Station and tram 13 (heading for Frankental) to Escher - Wyss - Platz (6 minutes). The hotel is about 100 metres from this station. By Car: Direct motorway connections from the A1 and from the A3. Take exit "Escher-Wyss-Platz". There is private parking and a garage.

Very nice room. breakfast excellent
Being a 4 star hotel, I expected to find coffee and tea facilities in the hotel room, but apart from a kettle, there were none. Also both soap dispensers in the bathroom weren't topped up all during our stay. Bar and restaurant prices were over the top.
Excellent choice of buffet breakfast food. Hotel very convenient for tram stop. Room small but adequate.
Nice stay.Central location
The location is ok, it is in the West, so the tram connects easily to the city centre (5 stops away). You can actually walk to the city centre in 15 minutes or less. The room was much smaller than I thought, and very outdated. The service was good, except during busy periods (when just trying to get your room key). The internet was reasonably priced, but if you don't have a laptop, the wireless keyboard is very hard to use and since the tv screen is up so high, you may get neck strains too. Internet was rather slow too. Overall, it is an average place, but given the high prices in Zurich, this hotel was reasonable.

An ok hotel. Clean rooms with may TV channels. Internet costs 20 sfr per day. 12 minutes by tram to the central station.

An excellent hotel, with great staff - good facilities. Located just outside central zurich(city) easily accessible by tram (which were excellent) or by train (Zürich Hardbrücke train) to Zurich HB. 10 mins on train to airport.

This hotel has a nice atmosphere and is about a 20 min walk to the main train station. Room was very clean and had a great shower. Restaurant downstairs was good - especially since it was cold and we didn't want to walk anywhere else.
Location is a bit out of the way, reception staff were disinterested in helping and our room at the front of the hotel was directly opposite a very loud nightclub. Room was a good size and clean however I would not stay here again.
Hotel was in a reasonable location with a short tram ride or a 20 min walk inot the heart of the city. Staff were helpful and understood English quite well.
The Restaurant as part of the hotel is really excellent with good food and service.
Clean, functional and basic, absolutely no complaints, but then it didnt shine either.
