Seri Pacific Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Right next to the Rapid KL station. Across from a mall too. Great location. Great rooms. Nicely furnished. Pool is pretty good too. Overall great and would recommend.

We had a very good experience staying in Sari Pacific for 3 days 2 nites.The staff are very friendly and efficient. We check in late around 6pm and the hotel had a full occupancy rate. We were upgraded to a club room. Rooms are clean and perfect. Malls and LRT are within walking distance. Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I would definitely come back and stay in this hotel again

The hotel room was spacious. The bed was comfortable.

I'm very happy with the service and the hotel staff are excellent particularly those serving the premier laounge at 30th floor. I'll never forget thier excellent service during my stay.

The staff are not helpful. Its not a great location (its really out of the way). There was an alarm that went off all night so we didn't sleep. Staff told us to take a tour which was just a pushing shopping tour. We wouldn't stay there again.

Some of the staff weren't terribly polite. Located right near a subway station, but on the edge of the city so it's away from most of the noise and light etc. Price was okay. Refurbished rooms are very nice and bright and clean, but the older rooms aren't very nice, dark and old. Apart from that very comfortable stay.

The hotel has just opened their renovated coffea shop. The new menu was extensive and it seems that the kitchen is excellent. Both local and international food was very much improved. Some of the rooms are renovated. All rooms to be fully renovated by Aug. Very nice design. I hope this renovation will not effect the room rate.

At first time for me and my friend to stay in KL . This hotel is good location . I shall reccomend to my friend. GUEST FROM THAILAND

ALL staff are happy and particularly helpful. Nothing was any trouble. Breakfast was a huge never ending smorgasbord of exotic delights. We would happily stay there again. The main dining room is being renovated but this was no problem at all.

In general, I was satisfied with my one night stay in this hotel and I probably would recommend other colleagues to stay in this hotel during their vacation in Kuala Lumpur.

The swimming pool is disappointingly small for a 5-star hotel. The front desk staff are way too slow in handling customers' requests and transactions. There are no maps and tourist's brochures at the front desk, totally amazing!

A 5 star hotel that doesn't change the table cloth; they just put a piece of paper over the previous cloth. Not easy to catch the eye of the service staff. Food was good though.

i found all hotel staff to be polite and helpful.we will be happy to stay again next year.

It was a good location and close to rail services. The only let down was that the hotel is quite old and is in need of renovation.

We'd stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in Apr, 2007. The hotel upgraded our booking to a delux room. The had some renovations in progress and my room could hear the noise during 9am-6pm. They advised us in advance and we were OK because we would be out of the room during that period of time. I guessed that's the reason of the upgrade. The service was quiet modest. Its location is quiet from away from the tourist spots in the city center, but a light rail station and a train station are both within walking distance. The mall across the road have money changer with a good rate, and have internet cafe.

Great stay!

The hotel is basically excellent for the price. A 4/5 star hotel, offering 3 restaurants and excellent service. Situated a short walk from all three train lines gives you instant access tro the entire city. Breakfast buffet is great. If I went back to KL, then I would stay here.
