Getting there:From Alicante Airport follow indications to the A7 motorway towards Valencia. Take motorway exit 65 - "Benidorm Levante". After the toll keep on straight ahead and merge on to the Europa Ave. When you reach the roundabout at the end of the Europa Ave., turn left on to the Mediterráneo Ave. At aprox. 400m take a left on to Filipinas Ave. and continue. You will find the hotel on your left hand side.
Check-in Procedure:Clients must present their booking confirmation voucher at the hotel´s reception. Payment will be made on arrival at the hotel. Check-in time is from 4:00 pm.
Car parking:Parking must be requested on arrival at the hotel and is subject to availability.

staff were friendly and helpful all recreational areas were kept well and the entertainment was good.

Had read the very positive feedback about this hotel. Having spent 5 nights there I found the positive feedback well deserved.Would definately return to this hotel.
There is nobody available to assist with portering luggage to the reception or to the lifts. The dining room is over-crowded and requires more two seater tables. Dirty plates are often slow being cleared and table sare not re-laid for the next user.
The hotel has just been refurbished, the food was very good compared to other Spanish hotels and suited more to English taste. I would suggest when booking as double room, the single rooms can be noisy.
We all found the Venus hotel stay very good with all the staff very friendly and professional.
This Hotel's best feature is its lovely pool area. The food is excellent and the hotel is clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I have stayed there twice and would stay there again.
A great hotel in a fantastic location, good food, friendly, clean and excellent value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to staying there again.
