Shamrock Hotel Hong Kong

Location were excellent, next to Jordon MTR and walking distance to makan places, shopping malls, parks, temple st, ladies st, avenue of stars, star ferry pier, etc. Room were clean and tidy. Nice hotel with friendly staff.

staff were extremely helpful. Location excellent-right next door to MTR (train system) it is also on good bus route and within walking distance to markets and food stalls. Although some of the rooms are small they are very clean. Overall I would recommend this motel to anyone.

good location, mtr is beside the hotel. but the room is quite small. a decent hotel to sleep in. i would rate this hotel as average.

Totally reliable service. The staff show a high level of dedication and accountablity. Each account transaction carries the name of the individual who handled it. So thanks to Andy and Robbie during my last stay. This hotel always makes me feel confident that it knows what it is doing and clearly trains its staff well. They respond quickly to room service calls and have a pleasing attitude to customer requests. I always like to stay at the Shamrock if they have rooms available.

We have stayed that 5 nights and 6 days. The staff were very friendly, location is good but the room is very small and old .

A very convenient hotel in HONG KONG , in the heart of the commercial area and full of food and shopping choices. Very easy to commute anywhere from the hotel. Ideal for a family.

Very ideal for family of 4 because this hotel is among a few which has 2 double beds. Also transportation is a breeze as Jordan MTR is just a few steps away and citybus A21 brings you back and forth from the airport. Excellent location.

very helpfull staff at front desk/room service/restaurant. Location is excellent being right on Nathan Road and next door to Jordan MRT. Only let down was we asked for non smoking room and did not get one, then again, we only booked it at very short notice so maybe next time they will get it right. Room was a good size and had all mod cons. Would definitely stay there again.

The internal facilities (e.g. cable tv, toiletries, bathroom facilities) were all excellent. Wonder why it is rated only 3-star by XXXXX, XXXXXXX, etc.?

A worn out hotel in a great location.... MTR is jus seconds away from the hotel which makes travelling easy... Services from the front desk is warm which makes the stay more pleasant....

the bed sheets in the rooms were giving us itches and rashes. It happened not only to my room, but also my mother's room. This is really important to be fixed.

I have stayed in these hotel on 7 Nov to 11 Nov 2009 with my family (2 Adults, 2 Child below 11 years old). I have booked a deluxe room with 2 double bed(2 quuen size bed) in the room. The room was cleaned as they would tidy up the bathroom and changed all the towels and bedsheets every day. It also comes with a safe box, kettle(free Jamine tea)TV, and fridge. The aircon had a controlled switch which could adjust from low to high. The Hotel is very convenient as the Jordan MTR(exit C1) is just beside. (Turn left about 10 steps). There are a lot of eating place around. The staff service is good as we did not come across any rude staff for our check in/check out. The bell boy will help us on all lugguage for our check in and check out for the cab to airport. Thanks! A small hotel but a nice stay. Hope you will like me, feel the same!

Great hotel. They upgrade the room for me with no extra charge. Though not many facilities but VERY VERY good location. Just 10 steps from the Jordan subway. Recomment!

The hotel is conveniently located above the mtr station. It is well maintained. Considering the price paid, it's value for money.

If I get a chance to visit hongkong, i will prefer to stay at the same hotel...

I booked the hotel when last minutes. It was on holiday period, so a lot hotel was full. The room is relatively old fashioned design and their toilet looks darker. The location is excellant just beside the hotel.

The most friendly and helpful staff in Dining room and Reception.

The reception: the desk manager, the desk clerk: very impressed by their professionalism and youth. They did upgrade our room as we had two young children without any hidden charges, but it was a smoking room and was a bit dissapointed as we had requested earlier for non-smoking. They had the room deodourized it before we moved in. It was acceptable. We would definitely stay their again,definitely value for money. Staff very helpful,professional and polite.

The rooms are small and quite dated...the beds and pillows are hard...but for location great..except the escalators were out at the rail station..and my knees are not very good. Overall we were happy with the Hotel.
