Shangri-La Hotel Singapore

Excellent except that the air in our room was not good. At first the regulator did not work and the staff put that right. But stll the air was bad and I felt worse as our five day stay progressed. The heavy monsoon rains were a challenge for any system but I wonder if the ducts needed cleaning. As soon as we left for Cambodia my nose stopped running, my head cleared, and I felt well again. Otherwise the hotel is wonderful, food very good, and staff outstanding,

The Valley Wing at the Shangri-la hotel was excellent. They provided excellent and personalized service. The friendly staff exceeded all our expectations and were only too happy to arrange anything we requested. The deluxe room and the one bedroom suite were very comfortable and quite elegant. Will definitely be staying here again.

Shangri-La is a 5 star hotel in every way. My teenage daughter and I had the best time there! The staff of the hotel go out of their way to look after you. It is a beautiful and friendly place - a true Shangri-La!

I stayed at the Shangri_La Hotel Singapore for 5 nights in a Horizon Club deluxe room. The room is a good size as is the bathroom, all facilities were excellent. The service from all the staff at the hotel was impeccable, they really know how to make you feel very welcome. The staff at the Horizon Club are exceptional. The location is about 10 minutes walk from Orchard Road, which suited me as it was very quiet. For convenience the hotel has a shuttle bus which takes you to the main shopping precinct every hour. I will certainly stay at the Shangri_La next time I visit Singapore.

Very pleased with the whole experience, the staff were all excellent in all departments. Stayed in the Vally Wing. High quality, in my opionion, best hotel in Singapore.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed

Absolutely perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. Friendly and helpful people. This was our first stay in Singapore, and we would really like to come back.

The service at Shangi-La is excellent and the desk worked very efficiently to help exchange my room. The decore is nice but I thought a bit tired. I have certainly been to other hotels for similar prices ([other hotel] Tokyo) which had better rooms. However, Shangi-La is unmatched for the resort design and on-site restruants. Overall, a really great place to stay.

Being stayed in Shangri-La Hotel Singapore was such a great choice that i ever made. Your staff are all very courteous and helpful. I was impressed with the way your staff handle their guests, it was perfectly wonderful especially those staff at Horizon Club e.g. Jinie she is fantastic and very helpful lady. I will introduce your hotel to my other friends and relatives who wish to visit Singapre. Congratulations!

Expect Plasma/LCD/DVD, also breakfast is average.

Absolutely outstanding hotel - you are made us feel welcome from moment of arrival and we were treated to outstanding service throughout the stay. Staff were very attentive and the room was a delight to experience. We had a great room with balcony overlooking the pool - Garden Wing Deluxe room. Thank you to staff for making our stay a memorable experience.We would definitely love to return next time we are in Singapore.

This is an excellent 5 star hotel if you are looking for luxury in Singapore. Staff were especially helpful beyond the call of duty.

We loved staying at the Hotel. Our room was spacious, very clean and the view was amazing. The hotel bar overlooking the city was most enjoyable. The buffet meals were fabulous with many options. All of the employees were attentive, considerate and helpful. We wished we had planned more time in Singapore, just so we could spend an extra day relaxing at the pool.

A truly beautiful hotel with every possible amenity imaginable. Service was excellant and friendly.
