the best thing about this hotel is that they have a free shuttle bus leaving from and going to the Hong Kong border

Not easy to locate even with help from locals. The nearest MTR is Luo Hu instead of Kuo Mao. A plus is the hotel provided frequent shuttle to Bus/Train terminals with shopping malls till 11pm. Pick up point at the terminal is not easy to find for 1st timers. However malls nearby are not appealing.

The hotel is very clean and spacious. The showers are nice though a bathtub would have been nicer. The service is commendable and there is a shuttle bus with very high frequency that sends one to luohu station directly. However, trying to find the place to take the shuttle bus when one first arrives at the hotel is torturous and almost impossible. Location wise, the hotel is near to the train station, however, the bus would still be needed as the roads are full of traffic and not conducive for walking to the train station. Besides the hotel is a nice massage place, good for a nice massage after lots of shopping. Also nearby a supermarket and restaurants so basic facilities are all available. The rooms are quite trendy and comfortable and not much complaints about the hotel. One might be able to get a better rate by walking in though

The Hotel location is quite close to railway station. The room size is good. However the Breakfast food isn't good.

This hotel is wonderful. The price is reasonable, the breakfast just nice, the staff quite helpful, the room is convenient. Metro station is NOT in the walking distance. Although on the map seems near, but in reality, it is quite far for walking. But fortunately, the hotel do provide free transportation to the Lowu coach station and Metro. We are satisfied in nearly every aspect, except for the very hard bed. In fact, this is not a bed, but a divan (supporting part of the spring bed). But oh well, seems almost all mid-level pricing hotel in China do use this kind of bed.

Excellent hotel, you get a lot more than the cheap room price would suggest. Clean room, free high speed internet, clean and modern bathroom, descent tv, descent in hotel restaurant, good location - walking distance to subway. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel room are spacious and conveniently located. Because it is a chain hotel, you must make sure the taxi driver take you to the right hotel. Will stay again in this hotel.

This hotel is excellent. The staff very helpfull n the room is very clean. Near to Luo Hu shopping mal,can be reach by walking. I really recommend this hotel n will choose this hotel again for my trip to Shenzhen.

Very near to train station and crossboarding custom. Near by to restaurants too. The room is clean and comfortable. Not a bad hotel choice.

Room is clean, comfortable in particular the bathroom fittings which offers a really nice shower. Service by the reception desk is average. Did not try out the food at the hotel as there are couple of good restuarants next door serving delicious and fair priced Chinese cuisine. The subway station is a bid far during hot weather or rainy days. Overall, still it is value for money as far as I am concerned.

Decent hotel to stay after a long day out. Will recomend anyone to stay here.

Hard to beat the cost of the daily buffet breakfast at 22rmb; although the food selection was almost always the same and variety somewhat limited! The hotel location is about a 10 minute walk to both the train station or the nearest metro stop. Front desk staff seemed to be always short handed and overwhelmed, but usually very friendly and helpful! Convenient, secure ATM machines located right outside the front lobby! Several good restaurants located nearby!

Booked deluxe room which was very modern and appealing, but cold. Thin duvet on bed, no extra blankets and when requested was told that the hotel was full and there were none available! Very little English spoken, no maps or local information available. Transfer to airport 150rmb. Western restaurant cold, had to keep coat on, but curry good. Buffett breakfast 22rmb, mostly Chinese.

We were moved to another room after the lights did not work. Overall a good spacious room, air conditioning worked well although the bathroom with the frosted glass walls and outside basin was a bit strange. Downstairs restaurant for breakfast was good with an adequate selection although not many in the hotel spoke english. Good value for money.

I was pleasantly surprised with the ambience of this hotel. I have only fond memories of my stay there especially the bathroom with up-date fittings. Also the wash basin is outside - a bonus when we have two of us staying. This hotel is relatively new and well maintained. I would recommend this to my friends.

Good service in transport arrange between hotel and railway station,the travellers need not walk a long distance to railway station.
