"The location of the hotel is awesome, right on the airport property. I did feel like the room could have been a little cleaner, it wasn't trashy by any means but there was a stray hair or two in the tub and the carpet could have had another vacuuming. The beds were VERY clean and comfortable, so the rest I could overlook." - Julie Berner
"I booked 2 standard rooms (with double beds). Upon arrival they said they could only give me one standard room, it took about 25 min and some arguing to get the other room as well. Not something you expect at a 5 star hotel. The receptionist was not fluent in English. The bathtub in the standard room (room number 3000) looked dirty, one of the armchairs was shabby. Again: not something you expect at Sheraton. This was my first visit to a Sheraton hotel but I was not too impressed.
