Sheraton Fiji Resort Denarau Island

Really enjoyed the stay. Spending New Years Eve there was fun and lively. The room was your typical 5 star- clean, comfortable and well positioned. Our only hiccough was that check in was not ready at 3pm and we got taken to the wrong room (overall i'd give it a 4 1/2 star review rating as a result but can't pick that number on this review so gave it 4 instead). The food is expensive but nice and the beach is as good as it can be for a Denarau beach- of course the islands have much better beaches but that's not the hotel's fault. It's a great spot for a stopover to bridge connection times between the airport and island transfer.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and I love the friendly staff and wonderful service. Can't wait to go back!

It is in a great spot, best sunsets ever and you can use the facilities of the two adjoining resorts. The day spa is lovely and the Flying Fish restaurant is very good quality, especially for Fiji. Cheap and cheerful overall...would certainly recommend it.

My family and I were very impressed with the Sheraton Fiji Resort. The facilities, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is excellent. We will definitely choose the Sheraton Fiji Resort next year when we visit Fiji again. The staff is extremely helpful.

We stayed at the Sheraton for our honey moon. It was fantastic from the moment we pulled up to the lobby. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the facilities are great. We are going to ty and go back every year. Would reccommend this resort to anyone. Absolutely loved it.

We enjoyed our stay as we were upgraded to a beach view room. However, the overhead shower head did not work and we were questioned over 3 days about payment for our breakfast and it was finally sorted out when they handed us a bill. Some slight oversights but overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Outdoor pool furniture very poor, not up to Sheraton standards.

I last stayed at Sheraton before the refurb and pleased to say that this has made a big difference. The amenities are fabulous, beautiful pools and shops etc. It however lets itself down with some minor things. Shower pressure is abysmal. I had to run round in it to get wet. The buffet breakfast in the morning was at best "ordinary" compared to other Hotels in Denerau ie Sofitel. Air-con in Rooms is also hard pressed to cope with the afternoon sun. Having said all that for the price ($200 a night) and general outstanding amenties I would return.

Hi, I found the pricing structure in the different restaurant very confusion: Some including Tax and other excluding Tax. This is misleading the customer.

room was extremely noisy. had a joining door to the next room which was NOT sound proof. could here =EVERYTHING in going on in the next room. would not stay in this room again.

Great location and we were up graded to an ocean view room, wonderful waking up in the morning to see the palm trees and ocean. Ashame it is closing at the end of this month for renovations. Book if you wish to dine out as we were unable to get a table, had to eat at the cafe/ice cream bar, it was very nice food though. There is plenty of shopping at the resort and a WESTPAC ATM. The beds were great were comfortable.

water was very dirty in the room and was no good for drinking or showering. Pools were fantastic and food very good. Some staff very friendly, some staff not that good. Would try it again after the renovations later this year.

the outside of the sheraton fiji resort is great but the rooms look very tired. they definitely need a make-over
