My partner and I enjoyed our stay at The Sheraton Guilin Hotel. The location was good,the service too.The staff were always very helpful. The views were superb from our room.

This is an excellent hotel for Chinese standards. The front desk was very helpful and their English language skills were very good. Internet access was spotty and the exterior of the building was in need of repair. Both bathrooms (we had connecting rooms) were older. This is a 5-star hotel by Chinese ratings but would be a 3 1/2 to 4 star in America.
