First time in Hanoi. This hotel has everything a business hotel should have. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Thehotel more than lived up to the expectation of Sheraton. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The hotel's location prevented us from walking to the city centre however a combination of hotel shuttle and taxis readily overcame that problem. Sadly there was no access to a walking path beside the lake to enable us to enjoy that opportunity.
