"Our room was spacious and very well serviced every day. Had a glitch to start with in that [website] had not booked us in at the hotel. This was resolved overnight however, the hotel honored our booking and looked after us very well. Location was fantastic, central to everything. "Booked deluxe harbour-view room in the hotel wing was on a relatively low floor. Harbour view was partly obstructed by hotel in front, still good but not "spectacular". I upgraded to a deluxe towers room on the club floor. Much more expensive (50% more) but worth the extra as a wedding anniversary indulgence. Deluxe club rooms are the same size as other deluxe rooms, but have unsurpassed harbour views on a high floor & a range of complimentary services. There is also complimentary afternoon tea & evening snacks/cocktails in the club lounge. Complimentary breakfast is served on the 17th floor with 4 star restaurant service. The food is excellent & the harbour view provides a stunning backdrop.
This is a 5 star hotel that provided a 5 star experience. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet & well-appointed with modern furnishings. All hotel staff\ encountered were very friendy & helpful. The Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers provides limousine service (Mercedes Benz) to/from the Hong Kong International Airport. After passing through customs, guests should proceed to exit B at the arrival hall and continue to counter B10. The hotel limousine can accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers with 3 standard size suitcases per trip.
Fees: HK$650 (One Way) and HK$1240 (Round Trip), maximum 4 persons plus 3 standard size suitcases per car.
Airport Shuttle Bus at HK$130 per person, Children under 3 years are free if not occupying a seat.
