Getting there:The Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers provides limousine service (Mercedes Benz) to/from the Hong Kong International Airport. After passing through customs, guests should proceed to exit B at the arrival hall and continue to counter B10. The hotel limousine can accommodate a maximum of 4 passengers with 3 standard size suitcases per trip. Fees: HK$650 (One Way) and HK$1240 (Round Trip), maximum 4 persons plus 3 standard size suitcases per car. Airport Shuttle Bus at HK$130 per person, Children under 3 years are free if not occupying a seat.

location of the hotel is by the shopping street and also a lot of restaurant nearby. size of room is big and clean staff are friendly
Our room was spacious and very well serviced every day. Had a glitch to start with in that [website] had not booked us in at the hotel. This was resolved overnight however, the hotel honored our booking and looked after us very well. Location was fantastic, central to everything. More than happy to go back to the Sheraton again.
Booked deluxe harbour-view room in the hotel wing was on a relatively low floor. Harbour view was partly obstructed by hotel in front, still good but not "spectacular". I upgraded to a deluxe towers room on the club floor. Much more expensive (50% more) but worth the extra as a wedding anniversary indulgence. Deluxe club rooms are the same size as other deluxe rooms, but have unsurpassed harbour views on a high floor & a range of complimentary services. There is also complimentary afternoon tea & evening snacks/cocktails in the club lounge. Complimentary breakfast is served on the 17th floor with 4 star restaurant service. The food is excellent & the harbour view provides a stunning backdrop. This is a 5 star hotel that provided a 5 star experience. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet & well-appointed with modern furnishings. All hotel staff\ encountered were very friendy & helpful. One of the few times in my travels that a hotel has provided me with 100% satisfaction.
Harbour View is very limited - not as good as we expected for the price
It was difficult to communicate with them in English. They easily didn't understand what I wanted. Felt like they listen what they want to listen rather than what I need. (very dissappointed!!) Their reaction was too late to help me. Overally I'll give good ratings in terms of location and facilities but bad ratings with services they provided.
Friendly, helpful staff stood out. A flat screen TV would bring top it off.
Great views of Hong Kong Island. Great location, and the hotel represts the Sheraton image perfectly

The hotel is well located. Next to the famous Peninsula Hotel. We opted for a room facing the harbor, extra cost, but worth it. Beautiful view of the harbor and Hong Kong skyline, with laser light show every evening at 8:00 pm. Easy walk to the ferry terminal, subway line, shopping areas, museums, etc.
The hotel facilities and staff were all excellent and I would certainly stay in another Sheraton hotel. It was a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
