Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel

Wonderful hotel. a brisk 15 minute walk to the petronas towers but also the monorail stop is right out the door.

Great hotel with great gym and health club. Very nice room with comfortable bed. It is a good location and the monorail stop is outside to the left. It's probably a 20 minute walk to Petronas. I would recommend staying closer to Petronas.

You really get a bang for your buck here! I was quite blown away by the size of the room, the softness of the beds, the nice bathroom with toiletries and robes and slippers. Lovely friendly service at the reception. Breakfast buffet is an adventure and comes with any kind of coffee you want made to order. The only thing I didn't like was copping some hard sell at the Italian restaurant on the premises (trying to sell multiple courses when we were tired and just wanted a quick feed), albeit the food was good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton. The staff were extremely helpful and professional. The buffet breakfast was organised, plentiful and fresh. Would love to stay again in the future.

Majestic regal hotel. Fantastic large room and service. Breakfast one of the best in KL, a must. Pool lovely, service excellent, free wifi in lobby. Our 2nd stay. Excellent. Very good Club lounge.

Its a very nice and comfortable hotel with good service and cleanliness standards. The deluxe room I stayed in was large and well appointed. Unfortunately the shopping areas are not close by n you'll have to jump into a taxi. Entertainment options are plentiful because there are many pubs and clubs located just around the corner of the hotel.

First rate hotel from the moment we checked in for the three night stay. Fast efficient and friendly check in with lots of helpful staff around the foyer area to assist customers. It is very good value to join the executive club which provides breakfast, use of executive room with cocktails and canapes each evening as well as late use of executive room for evening flights. The buffet breakfast had more choices than you could wish for and the service was excellent. The swimming pool is large with adequate shade and the fitness centre is first class. The rooms were comfortable , quiet , spacious , well prepared and had good quality fittings. Although the hotel is not central any any area the Monorail is metres away and the LRT is a five minutes walk.

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. Staff friendly and attentive. The view of the KL tower from my room was great. Overall I would stay here again.

Excellent hotel. Great service and facilities. Location some distance from business centre is a slight drawback but close proximity to monorail which connects to key locations compensates for this.

The hotel is very grand, it has everything you could want with out leaving. The food at the restaurants and room service is of a great quality. The swimming pool and surrounds is great, as well as the gym. The staff werent overly helpful, definitely speak to the conceige if you need anything. Room service was very helpful. If you give the hotel your flight details they will automatically order you a car from the airport, which is great if you want one, however if you want to cancel it you have to contact them to do so, which wasnt helpful when travelling. Not in the best location, but easy enough to catch the metro to get about. Overall an impressive hotel to stay at.

This is a beautiful hotel with sumptuous rooms, we had a deluxe on the 23rd floor and the view over KL was stunning with both the KL tower and the Petronas towers. We booked the "Romantic break" which included lovely added extras, a bottle of sparkling wine, hand made chocolates and a spa treatment. Breakfast has so much choice it was difficult to decide, on the second morning I went for the Indian, samosas and a selection of curries, not everyone's idea of breakfast but bliss for me. In room dining is also of a high standard and reasonably priced. The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous, nothing is too much trouble for them.The mono rail and LTR stations are very close, cheap and efficient. We used the LTR to go to Sepang International airport at the end of our stay, it took 28 mins, is hassle free and avoids traffic jams. Will certainly stay again on our next visit to KL, if there is one thing that could be improved it would be free internet access in all rooms.

Overall, a good experience. The location isn't the best, but with the monorail outside it's easy to get around without getting stuck in traffic. Disappointed that WiFi isn't avaialble in the room, only in the lobby (altough it wouldn't work when I was there).

Amazing service, extremely clean rooms, everything was perfect & breakfast was excellent, would recommend to anyone, will definatly stay again!

This hotel is beautifull, the room is big and the toilet is so fantastic, there is a monorail station at the front of the hotel. but the location is quite far from the city center.

Very nice hotel in good location. Service was excellent - great but pricey breakfast. Got upgraded to a club room without asking. Certainly a 5 star.
