"This is absolutely NOT a 5 star hotel and comes far below the standard of a normal Sheraton Hotel. We had many problems here including being unable to order room service as the staff did not understand English, being disturbed when our do not disturb sign was up and poor quality food which despite repeated requests did not improve." - Anonymous

From Chengdu:
From Chengdu the Jiuzhaigou tour-ring road passes through Dujiangyan, Wenchuan, Maoxian, and Songpan before reaching our hotel, with a total distance of 438 kilometers. This is also called the west ring road. The east ring road starts from Chengdu, travels through Guanghan, Mianyang, Jiangyou, Pingwu, Jiuzhaigou County, and finally comes to our hotel, with a distance of 472 Kilometers. You can enjoy the plateau scenery along the route.
From the Jiuhuang Airport:
Traveling by air to Jiuzhaigou is the best way to save time. It is 240 kilometers between the Chengdu Airport and the Jiuhuang Airport with an in-flight time of about 45 minutes. From the Jiuhuang Airport it is only a 90 minute drive to our hotel.
To the Jiuzhaigou Park Entrance:
It is 1.5 kilometers from our hotel to the Jiuzhaigou Park entrance, about 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car.
