Getting there:
Transfer by rental car, limousine, or taxi, from Krabi International Airport. Resort can make arrangement for guests to be greeted at airport and transferred via hotel car to the resort for an additional fee.

Check-in Procedure:
Check in at main reception located in lobby. Guests will be greeted with cold towel and welcome drink. Check-in time is 3 PM and checkout time is 12 Noon.

Car parking:
On-property secure parking.

Children under 12 years old share room complimentary with parent using the existing bedding.

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient, facilities were good and the pool was lovely. The beach is nice but getting around is a problem. The local taxi's are very expensive for Thailand. Klong Muang itself is small but does have a few places to go. The best being Paddy's Pub between the hotel and the Sofitel Resort, they offer free transfers to and from the hotel which is great.

The hotel hasa big garden at sea,a lot of space in low season,even hammocks.Nice big pool.The beach is nice , you can swim there in low season,wawes are not so big.Only con is that the beach was not cleaned two days, our last day we saw it was cleaned,a lot of stones,corals and other staff,I think that Sheraton should clean it every day!It was low season(June) not so many people,but you must keep the standard! Breakfast very good,a lot of choice,warm baked croissants,thai food,fruits..But the best we liked at Sheraton was service,especially manager was very professional and helpful.

The staff are delightful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is new and the decor minimalist. There are no sea views from the rooms, except possibly executive suites, but the mangrove swamps are interesting. We stayed in Block A, nearest the beach, and liked it very much. The beach is excellent, and swimming possible even at low tide.
